- Registration
Registration is done at the Student Affair Department. All students have to register for each academic year.
For the Old system (Fourth and Fifth year), students have to register for the whole academic year (both semester 1 and 2).
For the New Credit System (First to Third year), students have to register for each course in each semesters, i.e., students have to choose which courses they will take for a semester. Some students need to retake courses that they failed in previous semesters.
- School Fees
All students have to pay for school fees for the whole academic year (both first and second semesters). the standard fees are:
- Accommodation
Students from faraway places of Hpaan township can applied for students hostel. The student hostel application form can be taken at the Student Affair Department. Students need to submit the application form before the dead line. Inquire at the Student Affair Department for detail process.
- Bursary
Every year the Government offers bursary for students. The Government bursary application form can be taken at the Student Affair Department. Students need to submit the application form with complete documentary before the deadline.
